I offer original or customised artwork, from animal portraits and painted stones to murals. Commissioned animal portraits require a selection of your favourite photos of your pet/pets to be sent by email, or alternatively I can arrange to take photos of your pet if you live locally. I can offer standard sizes (A4 or A3) for portraits, on either watercolour paper or canvas, or can discuss other specific sizes or requirements you may have in mind. Murals have individual requirements and need to be discussed according to your location, distance and size. About Me
I am an artist based in Inverness in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, with a particular interest in animals, both loved pets and iconic wildlife. I feel very lucky to live close to so many places of natural beauty and enjoy going on walks with my two dogs (and camera). With a background in zoology and as a registered veterinary nurse, I also have a large and varied menagerie of animals at home. Along with my 2 mixed breed dogs Sabby and Panda, I share my house with Ollie the sulphur crested cockatoo (rehomed after outliving his original owner), Lotus the horsefields tortoise (also re-homed) and 3 guinea pigs (Cumin, Chai and Cashew). The animals we share our homes with are members of the family, each with their own unique personality which is something I hope to capture in my pet portraits. I offer a range of customised artwork, from pet portraits and painted stones to murals, and am happy to discuss individual requirements and sizes to fit your home.
